We at Globe Travel cannot express how important it is to take our Travel Insurance prior to departure. For a small fee it provides a large cover. "it will never happen to me" is a very common saying, but believe us, it could happen to you. Without insurance you are at risk of receiving no medical attention in the event of an emergency. If you do get medical attention you could be liable for thousands depending on the injury.
